We have recently added some visual enhancements. We have also cleaned up the blogging interface. When writing blog posts you will now see a URL box that you can paste the URL address of the reference article. More enhancements will be added in the near future.

We have officially started a new channel for our video guides. We showed our first video guide to some of our users and they weren’t comfortable with reading subtitles. The second video guide is done with voice narration and video zooming to make it easier for users to follow. Let us know what you think of the second video guide.

We have added a new icon that indicates if the post has been collected from another website. This icon looks like a two way arrow on the top right side of the blog post. Clicking the icon would take readers to the source page where the post was collected or inspired from. For those who are not familiar with adding the source of their blog post. It was on this day last year that the beta site was launched. After working tirelessly we managed to finish version 1.0 and launch it just in time for Pole Sabz’s birthday. There were some issues with Facebook bookmarking of videos and posts. It took us some time to figure out what is causing it mostly due to the fact that Facebook has a very long cache period. The problem has been corrected and you should be able to bookmark videos and posts without any issue now.

We have opened the registration to general public. Most of the bugs have been taken care of and users should now be able to register and use the system. We are giving 200 credit points to all new registration for now so members can begin to enter posts. Please read the guide inside the about page to learn how to use the system. Pole Sabz 1.0 is now up and running. We still have to do a minor adjustment to the server later today so the server will be done for a few minutes while we do the adjustments.
